These Terms of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Artdubonheur whose registered office is located in RIS orangis, 5 av of Parc registered under the number of Siret 83231923000013 hereinafter referred to as "Artdubonheur" and managing the site www. Artdubonheur.fr and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www. Artdubonheur.fr hereinafter referred to as "the purchaser".

Article 1. Object

These Terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relations between Artdubonheur and the purchaser and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the www.Artdubonheur.fr website. Article 5. Property Reserve

The company Artdubonheur retains the full ownership of the products sold until the perfect cashing of the price, in principal, charges and taxes included.

Article 6. Withdrawal

Under article L121 of the consumer Code, the purchaser has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange without penalty , with the exception of return costs. No refund may be requested by the purchaser.

Article 7. Delivery
